Before i give you my top 5 im gonna tell you in my eyes what makes a good rapper.

1. Able to make songs for the radio and for the hip hop heads without bein called a sell out and without losing his dumbed down fan base)

2. Put together good albums and not just a couple hot singles

3. Knows how to act age and not shoe size (when i say this i mean like a 40 year old rapper who still talkin bout pimpin hoes, buyin shoes, cars, etc.)
